These terms are an agreement between you and this website ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them — if you do not agree, do not use the service. The only contact for anything related to these terms is contact@slutify.app.

Eligibility (18+)

This is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if higher — to create an account or use any feature. By using the service you affirm that you meet this requirement.

The Service

We provide AI tools that create and edit adult images and video from text prompts, presets, and images you upload. Output is synthetic, AI-generated content and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. Features, presets, and per-generation credit costs may change at any time; the credit cost of a generation is shown before you run it.

Your Account

You need an account to generate content. Keep your credentials private: anything done through your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Content Policy.

Credits & Payments

The service is pay-as-you-go. You buy one-time credit packs — there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Credits are consumed per generation and per optional extra (for example prompt enhancement or higher video quality), never expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account or person. Free or bonus credits we grant (for example on signup) also have no cash value.

A purchase can be refunded only while it is completely untouched: as soon as one credit is spent after a purchase, that purchase is final. Read the full Refund Policy.

Your Content & Generated Output

You keep all rights to images you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process them to operate the service — nothing else. We never use your uploads, prompts, or results to train AI models, we never sell them, and we never share them with anyone except the processing infrastructure described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for what you upload and generate. For every real person who appears in an upload, you affirm that they are 18 or older and that you have their consent and the rights to use the image.

We claim no ownership of your generated results. What you do with them is your responsibility, including complying with the laws that apply to you — for example laws on intimate-image abuse or on labeling synthetic media.

Prohibited Use

Zero tolerance: no content involving minors in any form, no real people without their consent, nothing that breaks applicable law, and no use of the service or its output to harass, extort, defame, or deceive. Violations end your account immediately, forfeit your credits, and are reported to the authorities where the law requires it. Read the full Content Policy.

Termination

You can delete your account yourself at any time; doing so permanently erases your account and forfeits any remaining credits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; credits remaining on a terminated account are forfeited.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that any particular generation will succeed, or that output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
