Purchases are one-time: pay-as-you-go credit packs, or the optional All-Access Pass (a one-time 30-day unlock that never auto-renews and stores no card). Nothing is a recurring subscription and there are no hidden renewals. This page is the entire refund policy.
SpicyGen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Models, presets, features, output quality, processing times, and credit prices can change, improve, degrade, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Buying credits never guarantees that any particular model, feature, look, or result will stay available, and changes to the service are never grounds for a refund. Credits are a license to use whatever the platform offers at the moment you spend them — not the purchase of any specific feature or outcome.
A purchase is refundable only while it is completely untouched. The moment a single credit is spent from your balance after a purchase — on any generation, upscale, or prompt enhancement — that purchase becomes final and non-refundable. An All-Access Pass is treated the same way: it becomes final and non-refundable the moment you run any generation under it.
If you bought a credit pack and have not spent a single credit since — or bought an All-Access Pass and have not run a single generation under it — contact us within 14 days of the purchase with your payment reference and we will refund it to the original payment method where technically possible (for crypto payments, to a wallet address you provide).
Signup credits and bonus credits have no cash value and are never refundable or exchangeable.
If a generation fails because of a technical fault on our side, contact us with the approximate time and what you ran — we can re-credit your account at our discretion. Failed jobs are not refunded automatically.
Talk to us before disputing a charge — almost everything can be resolved at contact@spicygen.xyz. Chargebacks filed on legitimately delivered credits result in account suspension and forfeiture of the remaining balance.
Deleting your account permanently forfeits any remaining credits; they cannot be refunded or restored afterwards.
Email contact@spicygen.xyz from the address on your account, with the payment reference from your checkout. We answer within 48 hours.
