Refund Policy

The English version of this document is authoritative; translations are provided for convenience.

All purchases are one-time credit packs — no subscriptions, nothing recurring, no hidden renewals. This page is the entire refund policy.

The Rule

A purchase is refundable only while it is completely untouched. The moment a single credit is spent from your balance after a purchase — on any generation, upscale, or prompt enhancement — that purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Untouched Purchases

If you bought a pack and have not spent a single credit since, contact us within 14 days of the purchase with your payment reference and we will refund it to the original payment method where technically possible (for crypto payments, to a wallet address you provide).

Free & Bonus Credits

Signup credits and bonus credits have no cash value and are never refundable or exchangeable.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a technical fault on our side, contact us with the approximate time and what you ran — we can re-credit your account at our discretion. Failed jobs are not refunded automatically.

Chargebacks

Talk to us before disputing a charge — almost everything can be resolved at contact@slutify.app. Chargebacks filed on legitimately delivered credits result in account suspension and forfeiture of the remaining balance.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently forfeits any remaining credits; they cannot be refunded or restored afterwards.

How to Request

Email contact@slutify.app from the address on your account, with the payment reference from your checkout. We answer within 48 hours.
